With the returned item please include your name, address and a copy of the invoice along with the reason for return and whether you require an exchange or a refund. In the case of an exchange please include postage that you may ask us by email. All correspondence and returns should be sent to:

Goods must be returned unused within 30 days of the invoice date.

Postage cannot be refunded (with the exception of faulty goods)

We cannot accept responsibility for undelivered or damaged returned goods, any claims for undelivered goods must be made through the carrier that they were despatched with.
